Scandinavian Midsummer Festival

Scandinavians celebrate the summer solstice - the longest day of the year - with a festival of music, flowers, and food in Estes Park the last weekend in June. Festivities begin on Saturday morning with the raising of the Maypole and a colorful opening ceremony. Entertainment by folk dance groups and Scandinavian musicians. Scandinavian food and crafts of all kinds available.
