Rocky Mountain National Park

Rocky Mountain National Park, located in northern Colorado near Estes Park, is one of America’s most iconic natural treasures preserved for the public. Spanning more than 265,000 acres, the park showcases the dramatic beauty of the Rocky Mountains — from lush valleys and alpine meadows to rugged peaks rising above 14,000 feet.

It’s home to an extraordinary range of wildlife, including elk, bighorn sheep, moose, and black bears.  RMNP is also home to over 350 miles of hiking trails that lead to waterfalls, glacial lakes, and panoramic vistas.

The park’s centerpiece is Trail Ridge Road, the highest continuous paved highway in North America, which climbs above the tree line for sweeping views of the Continental Divide.

Visitors can enjoy scenic drives, backcountry camping, fishing, horseback riding, and snowshoeing, depending on the season. With its breathtaking landscapes and diverse ecosystems — from forests to alpine tundra — Rocky Mountain National Park offers a quintessential Colorado wilderness experience and stands as a symbol of America’s enduring natural beauty.

In every season, there is a reason – to visit Rocky Mountain National Park!
