Take a Ranger Led Snowshoe Walk

Anyone 8 and older can do it, and you will love the views and all that you learn!  Rocky Mountain National Park offers ranger-led snowshoe ecology walks for beginner level snowshoers on the east (Estes Park) and west (Grand Lake) sides of the Park. These walks are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12:30 pm January – March 28, 2024.

There are no fees to participate, however reservations are required.  Call  970- 586-1223 for the east side, or 970-586-1513 for the west side between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily one week in advance to reserve your spot.

Note:  This program takes place at high elevation and may not be suitable for individuals sensitive to high elevations.
